Nandan Design & Development Ltd. embarked on its journey in 2011 when real estate development in Khulna was still in its infancy. Since then, we have steadily progressed, adapting to the demands of an emerging market. By 2020, Nandan had successfully completed and handed over five projects—an achievement that set us apart as the only company in Khulna to do so by then.
Through the process of building homes, we have earned a reputation for timely delivery, exceptional craftsmanship, and uncompromising quality. Over the past decade, our experience has shaped us—making us bolder, more refined, and committed to raising the bar in both design aesthetics and construction standards. After all, Nandan means "Aesthetics."

Meet our board of Directors
Moniza Hossain
Chairman
Mrs Moniza Hossain completed her bachelor’s in chemistry from Jahangirnagar University and built her carrier as a teacher.She retired from her carrier in Academia after 16 years of service, and joined Nandan Design and Development Ltd as it's Chairman.
Syed Towhid Hossain
Managing Director
Mr. Towhid completed his Masters in Chemistry from Rajshahi University and Masters in Polymer Science from University of Manchester (UMIST), UK. He also has an MBA in finance from IBA. He is an entrepreneur in the field of business having successfully established many businesses of his own like Plastic injection molding factory, Garments, indenting farm, and now Nandan Design and Development Ltd.
Syed Arshad Hossain
Director, Finance and Compliance
Mr. Arshad studied mechanical engineering from Swinburne University of Technology. He obtained brief working experience in client servicing, event management and design engineering in home and abroad before joining Nandan Design & Development Ltd.
Zahidur Rahman Zishan
Director, Operation and Administration
Mr. Zishan is the in-house architect of the company. Having graduated from Khulna University, he has worked in Vistaara under renowned architect Mustapha Khalid Palash. He has experience of working in big projects like the EBL headquarter, and Mirpur Stadium. He is also a founding Director of the company.
